Jackson helped me purchase my first home. The best thing about him as a real estate agent is that he was able to show me properties right away. I would call him or text him, and he would always respond right away and would often show me the property on that same day. If you are buying a house you want to work with Katie. She smooths the bumps, makes the fun parts better, and helps us find just the right place. She was the proverbial duck, working so hard in the background, but always keeping our part of it calm and enjoyable. Even when the seller realized they hadn't planned correctly (at truly the last minute) she helped us understand the shifting landscape, worked with all of the parties involved, and managed to bring things to a great conclusion.
